- Do they want children?
Kayla Barnes-Lentz and Warren Lentz are a couple dedicated to extending life. Their goal is to live healthily to the age of 150. Kayla, 33, has long been committed to wellness and made sure Warren, 36, was a suitable partner for a century of life together before she met him in person. "I don’t want to live forever. I want to live as long as my husband does," she said in an exclusive interview with 'The Independent'.
How the couple wants to live longer
The couple starts their day with activities that optimize body and mind. "Warren wakes up a little earlier than me, but we both make a point of getting our morning workout in and enjoying the sun as soon as it peaks!" Kayla explains. They rely on Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) and use a clinical device for this in their home.
Afternoon and evening rituals for a long life
In the afternoon, Kayla Barnes-Lentz and Warren Lentz enjoy the sun and take advantage of cold therapy on occasion.
A hyperbaric chamber helps them to take in more oxygen by taking turns in it. The evening begins with an early organic dinner, followed by a walk and a sauna session. "We're in bed at 9pm every night", says Kayla.
Do Kayla and Warren want children?
In addition to a long life, Kayla and Warren also want children. As the couple prepares for parenthood, Kayla optimizes her body for motherhood. "We know that the health of both parents impacts the health of their children," she adds. She plans to raise her children in a healthy way, without forcing all technological aids on them.
