- Sean Combs "P. Diddy" is facing another accusation
- A fourth woman has claimed Combs assaulted them
- THIS is what we know about this allegation so far
In a bombshell revelation that's shaking the celebrity world to its core, Sean "Diddy" Combs has been slammed with a lawsuit that reads like a horror script.
A new accuser, once a 17-year-old schoolgirl, has stepped forward with chilling allegations of gang rape and sex trafficking against the billionaire impresario, according to court documents obtained by 'Page Six'.
P. Diddy: "Enough is enough!"
Minutes after the lawsuit hit the public eye, Combs erupted in a furious denial. The mogul took to social media with a vehement statement: "ENOUGH IS ENOUGH. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth." This fiery response comes on the heels of three other sexual assault allegations that have recently surfaced, painting a grim picture of the star's past.
"Sickening allegations have been made against me by individuals looking for a quick payday," he continued.
The latest accuser, identified only as "Ms. Doe," recounts a night in 2003 that she claims spiraled into a nightmare. The then-teenager alleges she was drugged and raped by Combs, his confidant Harve Pierre, and a mysterious third man.
The legal filing includes a photograph of a young Ms. Doe on Combs' lap, purportedly taken on the night of the alleged assault.
The accuser's tale begins in a Detroit club where she met Pierre, who praised her looks and promised an introduction to Combs. Seduced by the glamour, she found herself on a private jet to NYC, where she was allegedly subjected to sexual abuse at Daddy's House Recording Studio, owned by Combs and Bad Boy Entertainment.
The latest lawsuit paints a grim picture of a night gone horribly wrong. The plaintiff, only identified as Jane Doe, was a 17-year-old high school student when she claims to have been trafficked and subjected to a night of horror. According to the lawsuit, she was plied with "copious amounts of drugs and alcohol" before being gang raped by the trio.
Combs has come out swinging against the allegations, vehemently denying any wrongdoing in a statement that doesn't mince words:
"Enough is enough ... I did not do any of the awful things being alleged. I will fight for my name, my family and for the truth," he declared, aiming to clear his name and protect his legacy.
The lawsuit details a sinister plot, alleging that Jane Doe was lured with the promise of meeting Combs, only to be flown to New York and subjected to unspeakable acts.
The complaint includes disturbing allegations of nonconsensual sex and psychological trauma, with the plaintiff claiming she was left in a fetal position, reeling from the assault.
Also interesting:
The woman described how Combs allegedly demanded that she pinch his nipples throughout the attack to help him "get off" before pulling up a chair to watch her being raped and choked by his associates.
She alleged she "suffered in silence for 20 years" until Combs' ex-girlfriend and R&B singer Cassie came forward with her own allegations of savage beatings, drug-addled hotel orgies and sexual assault.
"As alleged in the complaint, Defendants preyed on a vulnerable high school teenager as part of a sex trafficking scheme that involved plying her with drugs and alcohol and transporting her by private jet to New York City where she was gang raped by the three individual defendants at Mr. Combs’ studio," Douglas H. Wigdor, founding partner of Wigdor LLP, said in a statement to CNN.
"The depravity of these abhorrent acts has, not surprisingly, scarred our client for life."
The legal battle ahead
And this is just adding to the list of woes for Combs. Singer Cassie, Combs' ex-girlfriend, recently settled a lawsuit with the mogul after accusing him of a decade of sexual abuse. This settlement has seemingly opened the floodgates, with Ms. Doe and other women finding the courage to bring their own allegations to light.
As the lawsuit unfolds, the accuser seeks justice and monetary compensation for years of emotional distress. The case has sparked a media frenzy, with fans and critics alike waiting to see how one of the music industry's most prominent figures will navigate these treacherous waters.
Will Combs be able to clear his name, or will this lawsuit be the beginning of a downfall for the hip-hop heavyweight? Only time will tell, but one thing is certain: the world will be watching.
