- Victoria Beckham follows a strict diet plan
- For 25 years she has eaten only one dish
- THIS is served to Posh Spice
Victoria Beckham (47) has had quite a physical transformation over the last few years. During her time with the Spice Girls, she had a much more feminine figure whereas, in recent years, she has been incredibly thin. How disciplined she is to maintain her size zero is now becoming clear in a podcast with her husband David Beckham (46).
In River Cafe Table 4, the former soccer star explains that as an amateur chef, he loves trying out new recipes and cooking for his friends and family. However, one person doesn't enjoy trying David's new dishes... none other than his wife Victoria. "I get quite emotional about food and wine. When I'm eating something great, I want everyone to try it. Unfortunately, I'm married to someone who has eaten the same thing for the last 25 years," David Beckham revealed.
Victoria Beckham: She's eaten THIS exclusively for 25 years
According to the Brit, Victoria Beckham has only ever eaten the same dish for more than two decades. "Since I've met Victoria, she only eats grilled fish, steamed vegetables. She'll very rarely deviate away from there." The only time she made an exception was when she was pregnant with daughter Harper (10). "The only time she's shared something that's been on my plate is when she was pregnant with Harper, and it was the most amazing thing. It was one of my favourite evenings. I can't remember what it was, but I know she's not eaten it since," David revealed in the podcast interview.
Otherwise, Victoria Beckham doesn't seem to make any exceptions and sticks strictly to her diet plan. She herself was also a guest in the podcast conversation and reported on her unusual eating habits. She rejects any form of fats, oils and sauces. Her favorite food is whole-grain toast with a pinch of salt – without butter. She knows that this lifestyle is not for everyone.

She also explained during the interview: "To most restaurants, I'm probably their worst nightmare. I love some steamed vegetables, some balsamic vinegar, and then to season myself." The fashion designer told the Food Journal that she's into clean eating. This means that the food is as natural as possible and that mainly unprocessed and raw foods are served.
In addition to a strict diet, David Beckham's wife also works out. In a Guardian interview, she explained that she trains about two hours a day. She gets up between 5:30 and 6:00 in the morning. You have to give the ex-Spice Girl one thing – you can only admire Victoria Beckham for so much discipline.
