Tristan Thompson Faces Paternity In Question Allegations
In the iconic words of Maury: "He is... not the father!" Kimberly Alexander has been heavily active on social media claiming that the Cleveland Cavaliers' Tristan Thomspon is the father of her 6-year-old son.
Tristan has since taken a paternity test that proved he is not the father to which Kimberly alleged the testing facility was "Kardashian friendly." In response, Tristan's legal team offered to take a second paternity test with another highly accredited testing facility but Kimberly rejected the offer and suggested a third party that Tristan's team did not trust considering it's less than prestigious reputation.

She has continued to claim he is the father on social media even after she has received multiple cease-and-desist orders since the paternity test results cleared him.
Tristan Thompson Puts Up Legal Fight With Kimberly Alexander
Tristan has now brought his legal team in to file a libel suit against Kimberly for claiming he is "a deadbeat dad" and accusing him and Tristan's baby momma Khloé Kardashian of forging the paternity test results.
According to the court papers submitted, Alexander has had serious financial issues for years now even being evicted from at least 5 different homes and she is using Tristan Thompson's name for financial gain. "A reputable, accredited DNA lab approved by her own lawyers has conclusively determined that Thompson is not the father of Alexander's child. Alexander has persisted in publicly proclaiming that Thompson is her child's father."

They have also suggested the importance of this case to "set an example of defendants, and to deter such conduct in the future." Tristan would not be the first public target for this kind of lie, Cardi B's husband Offset's former mistress admitted to purchasing fake paternity tests online.
Since the libel suit was filed Kimberly Alexander has since made her social media accounts private, presumably at the advice of her lawyers.
