In a tantalizing tell-all for 'WSJ' Magazine's' latest issue, Kelce leaves no stone unturned, dishing out the details on how he scored a touchdown in Swift's heart.
Travis tells all
"I don’t know if I want to get into all of it," Kelce teased, before diving into the juicy narrative of his first fumbled attempt to meet Swift at her Eras Tour. But fear not, folks! With a little help from Cupid's accomplices in Swift's squad, Kelce made a comeback that would make any sports fan cheer.
Kelce confessed, "There were definitely people she knew that knew who I was, in her corner [who said]: Yo! Did you know he was coming?" And boom! Swift herself reached out, setting the stage for a fairytale twist.
"She told me exactly what was going on and how I got lucky enough to get her to reach out." Kelce added that some members of Swift's family lent him a hand and helped in getting her attention.
"She'll probably hate me for saying this, but...when she came to Arrowhead, they gave her the big locker room as a dressing room, and her little cousins were taking pictures...in front of my locker," he said.
It finally happened

When the pair finally met in the Big Apple, sparks flew over a cozy dinner. "We had already kind of been talking, so I knew we could have a nice dinner and, like, a conversation," Kelce gushed. The Kansas City Chiefs tight end didn't shy away from acknowledging Swift's superstar aura either.
"I’ve never dated anyone with that kind of aura about them," he admitted, praising Swift's grace under the relentless celebrity spotlight. "But at the same time, I'm not running away from any of it..."
