Actor Bob Saget (†65) died unexpectedly at the age of just 65. According to initial reports, he is said to have been found lifeless in a hotel room. He was particularly well-known for the role of "Danny Tanner" in the series Full House. In the series, he looked after his family as a single father.
The series ran in the US from 1987 to 1995, and again from 2016 to 2020 when the reboot Fuller House was broadcast. The stars of the original and the reboot are now mourning the father of their television family.

John Stamos (58), whom viewers know as "Jesse Katsopolis", writes these touching words on Twitter: "I am broken. I am gutted. I am in complete and utter shock. I will never ever have another friend like him. I love you so much Bobby."
"Joey Gladstone" actor Dave Coulier (62) on Instagram alongside a joint picture of the two, wrote: "I’ll never let go, brother. Love you"

Andrea Barber (45), who embodied "Kimmy Gibbler", also speaks out on Instagram. She posts a series of pictures with Bob Saget and moves fans to tears with her words: "This one hurts. He had the biggest heart of anyone in Hollywood. He gave the biggest hugs. I am gutted that I will never be able to hug him again. Bob ended every text, every interaction with “Love you.” Didn’t matter how long or short we’d been apart. He loved so deeply and so fiercely. And he never hesitated to tell you just how much you meant to him. This is the greatest lesson I learned from Bob Saget - don’t hesitate to tell people you love them. I feel at peace knowing that Bob knew exactly how much I adore him."
She ended her post with, "Rest well, my dear friend. I have no doubt you are making everyone in Heaven laugh until their cheeks hurt, just as you did here on Earth."
Candace Cameron Bure (45) also known as "D.J. Tanner", commemorates Bob on Twitter with the words: "I don’t know what to say. I have no words. Bob was one of the best humans beings I’ve ever known in my life. I loved him so much."
John Brotherton (41), who embodied "Matt Harmon" in Fuller House, posted a selfie on Instagram and wrote: "His heart was abundantly full of love and kindness for others. Determined to make everyone smile and laugh and love a little more. He was truly the best."
In addition to his role as "Danny Tanner", Bob Saget also made a name for himself as a stand-up comedian. He was in several other television series, such as How I Met Your Mother, Law & Order: Special Victims Unit, and Grandfathered. In 2020, he was in The Masked Singer, but left shortly after the start of the season.
