Brandon Lee, the son of Bruce Lee, is first on our list. During production of the movie The Crow, he was accidentally shot by co-star Michael Massee. Due to time delays, the producers decided to use blank ammunition for all the shooting scenes. Later it was revealed that they had left a live bullet inside the chamber leading to Brandon getting shot. He died at the young age of 28.

Another sad Hollywood superstar death was definitely Heath Ledger's in 2008. Whilst filming for his movie The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, the Australian superstar sadly passed away due to a drug overdose. The actor's Johnny Depp, Jude Law and Colin Farrell quickly took over the roles of all three versions of the character "Tony".
