The Young and the Restless' "Neil Winters" was first introduced to audiences in 1991. "Neil Winters" portrayed by actor Kristoff St. John, was involved in a number of storylines throughout the characters 28 years on the show.
Twice married to "Drucilla Winters" and for a long time thought to be the father of her daughter "Lily Winters", "Neil" would go on to have a string of romances after "Drucilla's" death in 2007.
Kristoff St. John's Tragic Death
On February 3, 2019, the world was saddened to learn of the passing of Kristoff St. John at just 52-years-old. The actor, who became well-known for portraying "Neil Winters" along with roles on popular sitcoms Happy Days and The Cosby Show, passed away in his Los Angeles home from heart failure.
Five years before his death, Kristoff St. John had lost his oldest child, son Julian after he suffered from a long history of mental illness. At the time of his death, Kristoff would leave behind his two daughters Paris and Lola, and a mourning fan base!
"Neil Winters" Tragic Death
Fans were left wondering what would become of St. John's character "Neil Winters" and wouldn't have to wait long to find out. On February 6, 2019, "Neil Winters" would appear one last time before passing away in his sleep from a stroke.
