The Inbetweeners (2008-2010) follows the life of suburban teenagers "Will", "Simon", "Neil" and "Jay" from Rudge Park Comprehensive School. The programme involves situations of school life, uncaring school staff, friendship, male bonding, lad culture and largely failed sexual encounters.
Joe Thomas' personal life
Thomas attended the prestigious Pembroke College in Cambridge University. After graduating from University with a 2:1 degree in History in 2006 Thomas decided that he wanted to pursue acting. Joe Thomas rose to fame rapidly with his amusing role in The Inbetweeners.
Thomas started dating his Inbetweeners co-star Hannah Tointon in 2010. They became engaged in 2017.
Fame following The Inbetweeners
At university Thomas had also met future fellow Inbetweeners actor Simon Bird. The Inbetweeners was so popular that two feature films were created from it: The Inbetweeners Movie and The Inbetweeners 2. Following The Inbetweeners, Thomas starred as "Kingsley Owen" in Fresh Meat (2011-2016) and also had a major role in White Gold (2017-present).
There are not many facts about his personal life that are known simply because Thomas does not have an Instagram account and prefers to keep his life private from the public.
