Tish Cyrus is serious this time! After filing for divorce in 2013, the pair ended up reconciling their differences and continued on in their decades-long marriage. Now, Tish says it's time for real and filed for divorce over the weekend.
Tish reveals she doesn't live with Billy Ray
In documents obtained by People, Tish Cyrus filed for divorce in Tennesse due to "irreconcilable differences", and revealed that the couple haven't actually lived together in two years.
The couple has filed on three separate occasions. Once in 2010, filed by Billy Ray, again in 2013, filed by Tish, and now finally in 2022.
They both had been transparent about the fact they've worked on their marriage, which included couple's therapy.

The couple were married in 1993, and had 5 children together, most notably Miley Cyrus.
Their 5 kids, Brandi 34, Trace, 33, Miley, 29, Braison, 27, and Noah, 22, haven't publically commented on their parent's relationship struggles as of yet.
