The nightmare that keeps on giving...
After a jaw-dropping exposé by 'Rolling Stone' magazine, the world gets a closer look at the tumultuous and controversial history of music mogul Sean "Diddy" Combs. After a rigorous six-month investigation and over 50 interviews with Combs' closest associates, Rolling Stone sheds light on allegations so shocking they'll make your head spin!
Diddy’s Alleged Rampage: From College to Now!
The report uncovers a harrowing incident from Combs’ college days at Howard University, where he allegedly attacked his girlfriend with a belt in a fit of rage. Witnesses described the scene as Combs "whupping her butt" while the victim desperately tried to defend herself amidst tears and screams for help. But the allegations don’t stop there!
Years later, at the Bad Boy Records office, co-founder Kirk Burrowes and employee Felicia Newsome recalled instances of Combs' aggressive behavior towards women, including a shocking moment when Combs had to be physically restrained from assaulting a woman.
The exposé also highlights an alleged violent encounter between Combs and music executive Shakir Stewart, which ended with Stewart bleeding from a chair attack by Combs. The incident, which reportedly took place in Italy, left Stewart needing stitches and a threat on his life from Combs.
Stewart’s mom Portia Labrie said, "He left him bleeding on a hotel floor in Italy. He had to have stitches and then [Combs] threatened him… ‘I’m going to kill you’… That’s when I said, ‘You need to get out of this business. This man is crazy.'"
In response to the explosive report, Combs' attorney Jonathan Davis said this:
"Mr. Combs cannot comment on settled litigation, will not comment on pending litigation, and cannot address every allegation picked up by the press from any source, no matter how unreliable. We are aware that the proper authorities are conducting a thorough investigation and therefore have confidence any important issues will be addressed in the proper forum, where the rules distinguish facts from fiction."
Facing several civil lawsuits accusing him of sexual assault and other serious charges, Combs finds himself in the eye of a legal storm. His ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura's accusations of rape, physical abuse, and sex trafficking during their 10-year relationship add to the growing list of controversies surrounding the rapper.
Although Combs has denied wrongdoing, a leaked security cam video and a subsequent apology video on Instagram have only fueled public scrutiny.
Following the release of the footage, Combs posted an apology video on Instagram.
He said, in part, "My behavior on that video is inexcusable..."
