Sean Murray

Sean Murray's dad is a Navy Captian so he was truly raised in a military family. He has always wanted to act and worked hard as a young boy to land roles. He got his first role when he was only 11 years old! He started acting in 1991 and has since been cast in a number of TV Shows in guest roles and a few TV Movies like Hocus Pocus.

The beloved actor is a series regular on NCIS and NCIS: New Orleans. He plays brilliant special agent "Tim McGee" obsessed with video games and all things sci-fi. He started as a simple probationary agent or "probie" as "DiNozzo" called him and earned his way up the ranks.

His character has been with the team since season one and we watched his character grow and evolve while also maintaining his nerdy roots. He has since married his romantic interest "Delilah Fielding" and the pair have twins! 

His former partner "DiNozzo" had countless nicknames for him like "McGPS, McPoof, The Great McOz, McLawyer, McGiggle, McGoo, McNerd, McFlowerPower, Baldy McBald, and Elf Lord."

Sean married Carrie James, a teacher, in 2004. The pair have been married ever since and had 2 children, a daughter Caitlyn Melissa and a son River James.

• Murray's mother is Vivienne Bellisario, the fourth wife of American television producer and screenwriter Donald P. Bellisario, making him Bellisario's stepson.
• He has one brother, Chad W. Murray (NCIS: Los Angeles producer), and seven stepsiblings, including Pretty Little Liars actress Troian Bellisario and JAG actor Michael Bellisario.
