Concern for Rod Stewart's (77) 11-year-old son. Little Aiden collapsed during his football game, even turning blue in front of his parents. Rod Stewart and his wife Penny Lancaster thought their boy was having a heart attack.

There were moments of great tension and fear for Stewart. And he is his wife were prepared for the worst, as the singer explained to FourFourTwo. "We thought my boy had a heart attack", said Rod who was shaken up even as he recalled the incident.

But there were good news after all. Aiden was immediately taken to the emergency room, where the family could breathe a sigh of relief. Luckily he didn't have a heart attack, just a panic attack!
