"Lucy-Bleu was an incredibly talented artist," Slash wrote in his statement. He went on to describe her as a "passionate dreamer, and a charming, lovable, sweet soul."
Her Instagram profile shows that Lucy-Bleu worked as a painter and tattoo artist. The family has asked for privacy and requests that speculation on social media be kept to a minimum while they mourn. Slash met Lucy-Bleu's mother, Meegan Hodges, at the end of the 1980s. After a long break, the two reconnected in 2015.
