• Jennifer Lopez is shutting the world out
  • She is rumored to not allow employees to look her in the eye
  • HERE is the scoop that has fans scratching heads

What can you believe? In the glitzy world of celebrity drama, Jennifer Lopez, the sensational singer and actress, has set tongues wagging with a peculiar mandate for her crew and employees.

Amid swirling rumors of marital discord with Ben Affleck, the "Jenny from the Block" hitmaker is reportedly enforcing a strict "no eye contact" policy backstage. This diva-esque demand has left many scratching their heads and others outright amused.

Diva in the Spotlight: The Eyes Have It Not!

An insider spilled the beans on an online platform, revealing the eyebrow-raising rule that left the crew at one of her concerts walking on eggshells.

"A friend of ours worked lighting backstage at one of her concerts. All of the workers were strictly instructed: DO. NOT.LOOK. AT. MS. LOPEZ. There's to be NO. EYE. CONTACT," one posted on X. A directive that has since become the talk of the town.

Backing the user’s claim, another one wrote: "I knew people who worked at Mohegan Sun (a US casino) and they were instructed to totally avoid eye contact with J Diva. They still laugh about her to this day because far bigger celebs have appeared there that have been far more gracious and friendly."

Another claimed even limousine drivers have subjected to the same rule.

"Per my insider friend, her limo drivers were instructed the same, they couldn't even look at her in their rear view mirrors," they alleged.

Earlier this year, Lopez released her new album 'This Is Me… Now' to subpar reviews. Then, she was forced to cancel a handful of August tour dates due to low ticket sales. Then, in late May, the entirety of the tour was shelved, with Lopez claiming the decision was made so she can spend more time with her family.

Meghan McCain Weighs In: Not a Fan!

Adding fuel to the fire, TV host Meghan McCain shared her own less-than-stellar encounter with Lopez on her podcast, Citizen McCain. Describing JLo as "deeply unpleasant" and a "diva," McCain recounted the overwhelming presence of Lopez's entourage and her overall negative experience.

"I, too, share similar negative stories that the entire world does. I feel bad because we’re turning a point where there’s bullying happening to J.Lo. She just is a deeply unpleasant person. She had the biggest entourage I’ve ever seen," McCain lamented, hinting at a broader issue of celebrity entitlement and behavior.

While some might argue that a celebrity of Lopez's stature has every right to set boundaries to maintain her privacy and focus, others see this "no eye contact" rule as a step too far.

It raises questions about the balance between a celebrity's need for personal space and basic courtesy toward those who work tirelessly behind the scenes to make their performances shine.
