His fans will remember his legacy
It's never easy to tell the world that someone you care for has died. "This is with a heavy heavy heart that I’m even posting this. We made magic when we strategically put out projects, always," her post began. "Young Capone aka Dopeboy Ra aka Rara was one of my first Hip Hop/ Rap clients, and I can’t believe the news I just got of his unexpected passing. A friend…a client and just huge in East Atlanta. The news comes just as his star was beginning to rise outside of underground hip-hop. Capone, whose legal name is Rodriguez Smith, was reported missing in Chicago back in July. Initial suspicions included kidnapping and gang violence as the causes for his disappearance. As TMZ reports, the East Atlanta lyricist released the album 'Tha Life of a Youngsta' in 2010, then 'Paper and Politics' a year later. More famously, he was also a part of T.I.’s Hustle Gang hip-hop collective.
He featured on their 2017 album 'We Want Smoke.' Fans can still enjoy his final album, 'SlumMade 2.0,' released in December of last year.
