Jude Law and Sadie Frost were married from 1997 to 2003 and have three children together. The eldest child is Raff Law, born in 1996. He now has a successful career as a model.

Raff, actually Rafferty, followed in his dad's footsteps and appeared in smaller film and series projects. But he is mainly known as a model. Raff knows that his name opens doors for him, but he still wants to earn his success on his own.
"Basically, it's more of a blessing. But sometimes the name is a curse. I'm an independent person and I want to assert myself with what I do," Raff Law said in an interview with 'Gala'.

Raff Law started working in the limelight in his teens. Jude Law's son made a name for himself by walking the runway for DKNY in 2014. In 2016 he was able to shoot his first cover for the magazine "L'Officiel Hommes Netherlands'.
The up-and-coming model has since worked with top brands such as Missoma, Valentino, Dolce and Gabbana and Mulberry. The Instagram profile of the famous son is full of professional pictures.
He has been sharing photos on his account since 2019 - most of them are pictures that show him working as a model.
