Taylor was voted the eighth-greatest drummer in classic rock music history in a listener poll conducted by Planet Rock in 2005!
Roger Taylor is still an icon even to this day
Roger Meddows Taylor was born on July 26, 1949, and after that the rest is history. But what is he up to these days? He had been touring with Adam Lambert and Queen in recent years. In May of this year, Sam Ryder performed with Roger Taylor during the Eurovision Song Contest grand final, and fans absolutely loved it. And Taylor is still looking to perform for the foreseeable future.
