NPR reports that prosecutors plan to bring a criminal case against Alec Baldwin for the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins. The case will reportedly be brought before a New Mexico Grand Jury. Up until now, Baldwin has maintained that he should not be held responsible for Hutchins' death, and prosecutors dropped involuntary manslaughter charges five months ago.

But things change! Previously, prosecutors said that the gun Baldwin was holding at the time of the shooting may have been modified and could have malfunctioned. Since those initial charges were dropped, prosecutors conducted further analysis, the results of which are behind the push for refiling charges.
