Piers Morgan: "Her husband Derek is still very seriously ill"
"There are so many people going through what you’re going through sadly, including one of our own colleagues, Kate Garraway. Her husband Derek is still very seriously ill with this, we wish him and Kate and their family all the best," Morgan said during the show.
Kate herself released a statement on Friday about her husband's coronavirus battle noting that her husband remains in intensive care and it's an "excruciatingly worrying time" for her and her family.
