Pierce Brosnan is happily married to Keely Shaye since 2001, the couple are often spotted kissing and holding hands in public, making us think that they actually have one of the strongest marriages in Hollywood, and a very valid proof of that is the fact that Pierce Brosnan recently opened up about how Keely Shaye helped him after his depression following the death of his wife and daughter.
The 65-year-old Irish born actor who describes his wife as "a strength I wouldn't be able to live without", lost his first wife Cassandra Harris in 1991 after losing the battle against cancer; in 2013 the same illness took his daughter Charlotte. Good news is that three years after the devastating death of Cassandra, "James Bond" met Keely at a beach party in Mexico and it seems that the connection was immediate.

Pierce Brosnan and Keely Shaye dated for a couple of years and fans started to see them together in red carpet events. However, in a more private way, the actor has said that Keely became his rock when he was still struggling with depression due to the death of his daughter and first wife.
The actor revealed to "Express" that his wife encouraged him to go through the mourning process: "I think of her all the time. I suppose Keely is my North Star, always looking out for me", the actor said.

Pierce Brosnan has two sons with Keely and have proved that they really know how to maintain a marriage for more than 20 years! The couple like to spend as much time as possible on the beach, and they are also well known for being environmentalists.
Pierce Brosnan always likes to tell the world how much he loves her! "I love her vitality, her passion. When Keely looks at me I go weak at the knees", said once the actor before adding: "I found a great woman in Keely Shaye. Not if I searched a million times over would I find one as good.”
