British entrepreneur Peter Jones is best known for appearing on the BBC reality TV show Dragon's Den from 2005 to 2014, alongside Theo Paphitis, Deborah Meaden, and Doug Richard. The show features amateur entrepreneurs who present their businesses to a panel of five wealthy investors also known as "dragons", who decide if they will invest in them in exchange for their professional knowledge in terms of business.

Born on 18 March 1966, Peter Jones actually wanted to become a Tennis coach when he was younger. However, he was inclined towards business and started to run his own tech company at a very young age. Unfortunately, it didn't succeed as planned and he was forced to sell it, losing around 200 thousand pounds - this was a wake-up call: Jones started to build his career as a very successful businessman and found the Peter Jones Enterprise Academy in 2009. The rest is history: As of today, he is one of the most successful entrepreneurs not only in the United Kingdom but also in Europe.
