Paris Hilton has released a brand-new song in collaboration with DJ LODATO! As Entertainment Tonight shares, Hilton dropped "I Blame You" on Friday, and it's an upbeat dance track that sees her singing about love!

Hilton's song is about feeling alive in a relationship

Hilton's new single is dedicated to her boyfriend Carter Reum, and features romantic lyrics about discovering new love! "Ever since I met you / Can't forget you / Always with you / Kinda feel like I'm alive," she sings in the song. "As if I'm healing / Started breathing / And I'm feeling / All these things for the first time."

Hilton started dating Reum in 2019, and the two recently went Instagram official when she posted about him in honour of their anniversary! The title of the song, "I Blame You," refers to how alive Hilton feels now that she has him in her life. "I feel good, I feel good / I blame you, I blame you," she sings in the chorus.

Hilton donating proceeds from song to advocacy organization

Hilton announced that all of the proceeds from "I Blame You" will be going to Breaking Code Silence. The organization is devoted to bringing awareness to the Troubled Teen Industry, which is a cause that has personal significance to Hilton.

That's because as Entertainment Tonight mentions, Hilton opened up in her new YouTube documentary This Is Paris about being physically and mentally traumatized during her time at Provo Canyon School. She mentioned that she was put in solitary confinement by the boarding school, which was intended for troubled teenagers.

"I Blame You" is available on various music streaming platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music, and more! Check out Paris Hilton's new dance-pop love song here!
