We are forever grateful for our fans old and new, who have supported us in every way. It is hard to articulate the love and respect we have for all of you and we wanted you to hear this from us first," they said via Instagram.

However, the band is still going to release one more album, 'Heaven :x: Hell,' and embark on a global farewell tour. Frontman Deryck Whibley, who is also Avril Lavigne's ex-husband, shared the news on Instagram as well.
