In an exclusive scoop, 'People' confirms that Olivia Munn, the stunning 'X-Men: Apocalypse' star, and comedy genius John Mulaney have sealed their love with a simple yet profoundly meaningful wedding ceremony.

The event, held at a close friend's home in the scenic state of New York, was a cozy affair with their son Malcolm and a witness as the only attendees.

Just when life seemed picture-perfect, Munn faced a terrifying diagnosis in 2023 – bilateral breast cancer, a fast-moving and aggressive form. With unparalleled bravery, Munn shared, "Cancer doesn’t care who you are... It comes at you, and you have no choice but to face it head-on."

Her journey through a double mastectomy, reconstructive surgery, and a hysterectomy is nothing short of heroic.

Throughout the ordeal, Mulaney has been Munn's pillar of strength. From being an "incredibly hands-on father" to keeping Munn's spirits high with his humor, Mulaney's unwavering support shines through. "It would’ve felt like climbing an iceberg without him," Munn expressed, highlighting the depth of their partnership in facing life's hurdles.

Munn underwent a double mastectomy followed by reconstructive surgery last fall. She had four surgeries over the span of 10 months, and in April 2024 also underwent a hysterectomy.

During an interview with 'Vogue' in May, Mulaney praised Munn's strength. "Olivia and I have been through a lot of things together in the past couple years," he told the publication.

"Just side-by-side, supporting each other through anything. And as her guy, I felt both scared and protective. Even with Malcolm in her lap and me there holding her hand, she was going to be physically fighting this disease alone."

Throughout her grueling treatment and recovery, Mulaney has been by her side. "It would’ve felt like climbing an iceberg without him," Munn told 'People' magazine.

"I don’t think he had a moment to himself, between being an incredibly hands-on father and going to and from the hospital— taking Malcolm to the park, putting him to nap, driving to Cedars-Sinai, hanging out with me, going home, putting Malcolm to bed, coming back to me. And he did it all happily."
