Recent reports from the National Criminal and Correctional Court No. 14 shed a chilling light on his final hours. The toxicology examination revealed that at the time of his death, Payne had a blood alcohol content of up to 2.7 grams per liter which can lead to disorientation. In addition, cocaine metabolites and the drug sertraline were detected in his body.
