- Morgan Wallen is opening up a bar
- The city of Nashville rejected its sign
- THIS is the reason for the denial
'Associated Press' reports that Nashville city council members have rejected plans for a sign at Morgan Wallen's new bar. Council members cited controversy over Wallen's use of a racial slur in 2021 and recent criminal charges for throwing a chair off a roof near two law enforcement officers.

"I don’t want to see a billboard up with the name of a person who is throwing chairs off of balconies and who is saying racial slurs," said Delishia Porterfield, a Nashville council member.
