Jenelle Evans was born on December 19th, 1991, and got her television debut on the MTV reality show 16 and Pregnant. She gave birth to her son Jace Vahn Evans on the show with his father, Andrew Lewis. Jenelle and Andrew did not stay together long after the birth of their son in 2009.
