'Entertainment Tonight' reports that the 19-year-old 'Stranger Things' actor took to Instagram on April 11 to seemingly reveal the news. Brown posted a picture of the couple, showing a large diamond ring on her hand. The caption read, "I've loved you three summers now, honey. I want 'em all."
