- Melissa Joan Hart is talking about her time on Nickelodeon
- It comes after the major Drake Bell controversy
- THIS is what she said
While acknowledging the hard work and long hours, Hart recalls a protective and caring environment, diverging from the darker narratives emerging from the network's past.
A Different Tale from the Orange Blimp's Past
"Back in the day, our TV screens were graced by the ever-charming Melissa Joan Hart, who's now breaking the silence on what went down behind the Nickelodeon curtains! While the air's been heavy with the scandalous tales from 'Quiet on Set', Hart's dishing out her own scoop – and it's not what you'd expect!
Melissa, who captivated us as the quirky "Clarissa," had a blast from '89 to '94, and she's not shy to say it. "In Orlando, I had nothing but a wonderful experience," she spills on the 'Meghan McCain Has Entered the Chat' podcast. But hold up – it wasn't all play and no work.
"They did work the kids a lot harder than they probably legally should," she admits. Yet, it was all in the spirit of fun, juggling school and the show!
While the docu has been stirring up storms with its abuse allegations, Hart's story paints a different picture.
"I was surrounded by an amazing crew, an incredible cast that took such good care of me," she shares with gratitude. It's a heartwarming glimpse into a chapter of her life that, despite the recent uproar, remains untainted.

Melissa's not turning a blind eye, though. She's all ears and support for her fellow Nick stars. "I absolutely trust them, believe them, one hundred per cent," she asserts, standing in solidarity with those who've had less than stellar experiences.
