Luke Perry and Cameron Boyce were left out of the Oscars In Memoriam tribute

Fans were quick to recognize that two actors were left out of the tribute: Luke Perry and Cameron Boyce. Luke Perry was best-known for his role on Beverly Hills, 90210 and Riverdale. The actor's last on-screen appearance was even in Once Upon a Time... In Hollywood, which was one of the Best Pictures nominees.

Perry passed away suddenly at the age of 52 in March 2019 following a massive stroke. Fans and co-stars alike took to social media to pay tribute to the talented actor.

Cameron Boyce suffered a fatal seizure in his sleep in July 2019. His death shocked Hollywood as he was only 20 years old. Boyce was best-known for his roles in Descendants and Grown Ups.

Among those celebrities who were honoured during the tribute are NBA legend Kobe Bryant, Robert Evans, Buck Henry, Rip Torn, Rutger Hauer, Doris Day, and John Singleton.
