Luke Bracey was born in Sydney, Australia in 1989. Roughly ten years before he played the role of "Jackson" in Holidate, he began his acting career in the Australian soap opera Home and Away. He got his first big break internationally, starring in the romantic comedy Monte Carlo with Selena Gomez back in 2011.
The star would continue this momentum and play roles in movies like G.I. Joe: Retaliation, The Best of Me, and The November Man. Luke Bracey would even appear in Hacksaw Ridge, which was nominated for six Oscars and ended up winning two.
