The accompanying photo shows One Direction together with director Morgan Spurlock. He became famous through 'Super Size Me' and passed away in May 2024 at the age of 53 from cancer. The local police in Buenos Aires confirmed to various media that Liam Payne had fallen from the third floor of the CasaSur Palermo hotel. Paramedics were only able to determine his death at the scene.
The singer, who had been in Argentina since the beginning of October, attended a concert by his former bandmate Niall Horan and planned to take some time off with his girlfriend Kate Cassidy. Shortly before his death, the singer shared pictures on Snapchat showing him happily with his girlfriend.
