Liam Hemsworth likes to kick off the day in an unusual way! As Hemsworth told People in an interview for this week's issue of the magazine, his morning typically begins with exercising his vocal chords. "Most mornings I sing out loud," Hemsworth admitted. And while he's not entirely sure how the habit originated, he said that it really helps set the tone for his day.
"For some reason, when I wake up, which is usually 5:30, 6:30 AM, I wake up with a lot of energy," Hemsworth explained. "There's yelling. There's screaming. There's singing. I get really excited. Usually, especially at the moment, none of those things happen, but I wake up with an extraordinary amount of excitement."
Hemsworth says that his morning singing is "usually gibberish"
Hemsworth shared that instead of waking up with a certain song in his head, the songs he sings come to him on the spot! "I am the music," he said. And as the Australian actor explains, the words are generally somewhat nonsensical in nature.
"It's usually gibberish as well. It's not an actual song," Hemsworth told People. "It's just me making things up and trying to wake whoever else is in the house."
Last month, Hemsworth shared with Men's Health Australia how he's been keeping his mental health in check and "rebuilding" himself after the challenging year he had. "This last six months, honestly, for keeping my head level and just staying balanced," Hemsworth said. "I’d say exercise has been big for me."
