The 'Glee' star had been famously dating actress Lea Michele while they were co-stars on the show. Monteith was found dead at 31 at the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel in Vancouver. At the time, police expedited his toxicology report and the coroner confirmed that the 'Glee' actor died of a mix of heroin and alcohol.
Lea is still missing Cory
Lea has now posted a touching tribute to Cory on the 10th anniversary of his untimely death. She took to Instagram and posted a black and white photo of the two with the following caption:
