A shocking split after 10 years

Kristin Cavallari and soon-to-be ex husband Jay Cutler announced on Sunday they are closing the chapter of their marriage, just weeks after their Bahamas vacation.

The two recently took some time off in the Bahamas with friends and their three children, Camden, 7, Jaxon, 5 and their 4 year old daughter, Saylor. A source revealed they knew of their split prior to the vacation, but wanted the time to spend as a family.

Cavallari wrote on her Instagram they will be separating amicably saying, "With great sadness, after 10 years together we have come to a loving conclusion to get a divorce. We have nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of."

She continued, "This is just the situation of two people growing apart. We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family."

A source close to the couple has said that despite infidelity rumours, Cavallari never believed it, saying, "Kristin and Jay had been having problems for a long time. They hadn't spent much time together in recent months."

The source continued saying, "Kristin and Jay are a lot different. She has so much on her plate, with her brands and with the show. Jay is not as interested in all of that. She's so passionate about her work and they couldn’t relate to each other as much. So it pulled them apart."

Whether or not Very Cavallari will continue has not been discussed yet, but the entrepreneur will continue to rock her jewelry line, and support her kids any way she can.
