Kris Jenner is showing off her vocals this holiday season! On Friday, the matriarch of the Kardashian clan surprised fans when she released a cover of "Jingle Bells," which is her first Christmas single.
Jenner says song "put me in the best mood"
Jenner shared the song on social media and explained why she chose to record it. The cover art features a retro photo of the star posing with some holiday stockings. "Christmas is my favorite and happiest time of the year," she said, "and this honestly put me in the best mood and made me so happy to do!!"
Her cover of "Jingle Bells" is just under two minutes long, and features instrumental accompaniment from none other than Kourtney Kardashian! While her daughter handles the "mesmerizing" jingling of the bells, Kardashian's fiancé — Blink-182 musician Travis Barker — can of course be heard on the "magical" drums.
Jenner is well known for her love of the holidays, which she often celebrates in extravagant fashion. And based on the comments she's received, people are loving her take on the holiday standard! One fan said Jenner is "beyond talented," while Khloé Kardashian shared the rendition on her own profile, calling her mom "a new Christmas legend".
