Kim Kardashian is finally breaking her silence during this presidential election in the U.S., and no, it's not her husband Kanye West! While West announced he voted for himself, Kardashian seemed to subtly share who she voted for.
Previously keeping quiet in regards to her presidential preference, it would seem on election day Kardashian wanted the world to know how important it is they get out there and vote!
Kim Kardashian shares a Democrat quote on Twitter
Despite her husband Kanye West casting his ballot in favour of himself, it would seem that Kim Kardashian isn't checking off the same box! The previously quiet reality star is subtly speaking out about her presidential preference.
During this whole election, Kardashian hasn't specifically endorsed any candidate, including her husband, so it came as a surprise when she broke her silence this past election day.
Vice President elective Kamala Harris shared a post to Twitter urging people to vote saying, "Don’t allow anything to come between you and your vote. If you have any questions or concerns about voting, reach out to our voter hotline."
The reality star then liked and shared her message, followed quickly by another post of a black and white selfie, holding up an "I Voted" sticker.
The tweet came as a surprise to many, considering it wasn't long before her post that her own husband shared he cast his own ballot, one in favour of himself.
"God is so good," he wrote. "Today I am voting for the first time in my life for the President of the United States, and it’s for someone I truly trust…me."
Back in August, West also tweeted how excited he was to be running against the historic nomination of Harris, saying that he knows Harris and his mother would have been friends.
"I know my mom and Kamala Harris would have been friends," he tweeted at the time. "Congratulations on being the democratic Vice President nominee … all love and respect from the future president. It’s an honour to run against you."
The polls could swing either way at this point, as Donald Trump and Joe Biden are riding neck in neck as the votes are being counted.
