Kelly Clarkson recently covered one of Selena Gomez's chart-topping songs when the singer appeared on her talk show! In the latest episode of The Kelly Clarkson Show, which aired on Friday, Clarkson performed Gomez's "Lose You To Love Me" for the fan-favourite "Kellyoke" segment.

Clarkson's latest "Kellyoke" going for more of a rock vibe than pop

Clarkson and her band didn't perform the song exactly how Gomez had originally recorded it though! Instead, they opted to play a version of "Lose You To Love Me" that was "slightly rockier than the original", as Entertainment Tonight had described Clarkson's cover.

Wearing a leopard print dress with her hair down in loose waves, Clarkson belted out Gomez's emotional song, backed by the Kelly Clarkson Show band. Later on in the show, she sat down with Gomez herself, who talked about her newest album Rare.
