Katie Holmes has been very public with her new man Emilio Vitolo Jr., the two have been spotted kissing all over NYC. The two are adorably all over each other but now Emilio's former fiancé understands why he broke up with her so callously!

41-year old Katie Holmes has been seen smiling endlessly and canoodling all over New York City with her new man 33-year old Emilio Vitolo Jr., restauranteur and amateur actor. His father owns successful restaurants in New York's Nolita district. The Dailymail has caught countless images of giddy Katie and Emilio kissing over the past few weeks.
The Dailymail has also reported that Emilio was engaged to be married until very recently. According to the Dailymail's sources, he had been engaged to 24-year old Rachel Emmons until he allegedly broke up with her via text when the photos of him and Katie kissing first came to light! Poor Emmons found out her fiancé was cheating on her with famous actress Katie Holmes and simultaneously lost her fiancé who she described as "her world."
The two were even posting sweet pictures together as recently as the end of July. Emmons's friend spoke to the Dailymail and said "They had concrete wedding plans in the works...now she is just left with bad press and forced to move home," and "Up to this press coming out, Rachel had no idea what was going on. He is a cheater, and this isn't a happy ending story." Emmons and Vitolo lived together and even got a puppy together and now Vitolo and Katie are giddy with new love and have even been photographed making out in front of his father!
Katie had previously been married to Tom Cruise and then has been dating superstar Jamie Foxx for years until 2019 and is now with her handsome younger man. It is unknown if Katie knows the extent of Emilio's relationship or how and when it ended.
It was hard for them to make time for each other!
