Kanye collabs with an unlikely brand
Kanye West is changing the game with his clothing line, signing up Yeezy to work with The Gap. The "Famous" rapper is working diligently to have a line prepared and sold in stores across North America by 2021.
The San Fransisco-based company is noticing a major decline in sales across the globe, and they are hoping that featuring a Yeezy line will help keep the stores relevant, keeping them afloat.

Yeezy, on the other hand, frequently sell out their product, specifically their shoes, online in just minutes.
Kanye tweeted a picture of what the collaboration would look like, and it features bright coloured sportswear.

Kanye does have a history with The Gap, working there as a teenager while still living in Chicago.
Furthermore, in 2015 Kanye told Vanity Fair magazine that he would love to be a creative director for the brand.
Since announcing the collab, shares for The Gap jumped in value by 16%.
