Justin Bieber reveals he wants a big family
Ellen DeGeneres always gets the juicy details out of her guests. On her Tuesday episode, she got personal with Justin Bieber regarding his and wife Hailey Baldwin's future and where they stand on having kids!
While first talking about his many tattoos and all their meanings, Bieber explained that his back is fairly empty, and he's reserving that spot for when he has children.
"How many kids are you going to have and when?" DeGeneres asked.
"I am going to have as many as Hailey is wishing to push out," Bieber replied with a smile. "I'd love to have myself a little tribe. But, yeah, it's her body and whatever she wants to do. ... I think she wants to have a few."
When asked what's holding the couple back from starting their journey, Bieber said that they're enjoying being married, understanding there is no rush to have kids despite them both wanting a family.
"There's not really an issue," he said. "But I think Hailey still has some things she wants to accomplish as a woman, and I think ... she's just not ready yet. And that's okay."
Bieber spoke on this back in February with Zane Lowe from Apple Music, saying, "I want to enjoy being married for a little bit, go on tour, be married, enjoy travelling with just us, build more of our relationship. I think that it’s definitely the next step, for sure."
The two have recently celebrated their one-year wedding anniversary, and have spent the last year back and forth between Canada and Los Angeles isolating during the pandemic.
