Justin and Hailey Bieber got -secretly- married a little more than one year ago in New York City, but the couple actually wanted to have a proper wedding ceremony, which finally took place this Monday in South Carolina! For some months the couple planned to exchange vows in January 2019 but decided to push the date back due to their professional commitments, according to People, they were "already legally married, but very excited about throwing a celebration with their loved ones,” although there was no rush for doing so.
Did you know that the one who confirmed the wedding back then was actually Hailey's uncle, the 30 Rock star Alec Baldwin? At the 2018 Emmy Awards the actor told Access: "They just went off and got married.”
This is everything we know about Justin and Hailey's second wedding
Justin and Hailey exchanged vows at the Montage Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina, they chose that place as their wedding destination because the Canadian singer previously spent time at the hotel brand’s property in Laguna Beach, California and loved it. Justin and Hailey said "I do" in front of 154 guests, including Kendall Jenner and Camila Morrone, who later attended the post-ceremony cocktail hour ahead of the formal reception at the Wilson Ballroom.
But what happened before the big event?
A day before the wedding, the couple hosted a rehearsal dinner where Baldwin looked gorgeous in an ivory mini dress made with eco-friendly and cruelty-free materials, designed by Vivienne Westwood, which she paired with matching ivory stilettos, diamond earrings, and a half ponytail. Her husband wore a casual yet elegant outfit which consisted of a white collared classic Lacoste shirt, black pants, and boat shoes.
A couple of days before the rehearsal dinner, Hailey's friends including Alaia Baldwin, threw her a bachelorette party in Los Angeles, where she looked just stunning in a white dress.
Justin got a very special wedding gift
Only a couple of hours before tying the knot (again!) with the beautiful Hailey, the 25-year-old Canadian singer surprised his fans on Instagram by posting a picture of one of his wedding gifts and the internet went just crazy. We all know that Justin really loves to give Instagram updates, but this time was particularly special!
