Being a mother is challenging enough, but add hormones and cranky teen attitudes on top of that, and it can be downright stressful! Luckily for Jennifer Garner, she's found a way to bond with her eldest.
Despite joking she's "not very proud" of the new bonding method, Garner reveals she's taking it back to the 90s, watching raunchy comedies with her teen!

Mother to three children, Samuel, 8, Seraphina, 11, and Violet, 14, Jennifer Garner has her hands full! While appearing on Friday's podcast Raising Good Humans, Garner reveals how she's currently bonding with her eldest daughter.
While struggling with hormones on top of a global pandemic, Garner opened up about her daughter's struggles but found a way to ease her stress.
"Here's something I'm not very proud of: I even watched Austin Powers with her," she said. "Talk about not appropriate. But I just needed to see that laugh."
"I felt like, 'Okay, so it's fake. I don't care.' We just have to remind our bodies of how to have joy and I'm just letting it happen," she added.
"It's so naughty, but it's not awful. I mean, it's pretty awful," she laughed. "She's learned a few things, but it's funny."
Garner opened up and said that the movie sesh came after something they usually found joy in, reading, wasn't having the same effect on her anymore.
"I can't even list the amount of books I've read aloud to her — out of the blue, she just didn't want to read anymore," she said.
"When [the pandemic] started it just didn't feel good to her," she said.
Garner also added that she has also been allowing her daughter to sneak in some funny YouTube videos here and there to keep her laughing.
