Kimberly Van Der Beek took to Instagram to thank her fans for supporting her, "I don't even know how I'm going to begin to respond to it all. So, I think I'll just have to do it here." The Dancing With the Stars contestant's wife confirmed they had lost their baby boy and added that, "I almost lost my life."

This week James Van Der Beek dedicated his Dancing With the Stars performance to his wife, who told him, "'I am not done watching you dance,'" from her hospital bed. Kimberly said she will eventually share more details of what happened, "I'm not really ready to talk further about everything yet, but at some point I will," she said.
