After his Bond films, Dalton divided his work between stage, television and films, and diversified the characters he played. He was able to shake of the "James Bond" typecast and had a great career. From 2014 until 2016, he played "Sir Malcolm Murray" in the British-American TV series Penny Dreadful, alongside Josh Hartnett and Eva Green. He now stars in the HBO Max series Doom Patrol.

The next "James Bond" film was six years after Roger Moore's last appearance and came out in 1995. "GoldenEye" featured Pierce Brosnan as "007" for the first time and was a worldwide success. Fans loved Brosnan and his demeanor as the world's favorite secret agent. He ended up playing the role four times.

Pierce Brosnan is still a successful actor. After his four "Bond" films, he starred in numerous big productions, like Mamma Mia, The Ghost Writer and A Long Way Down to name only a few highlights. His most recent appearance on the big screen was in the 2017 AMC show The Son and Mamma Mia Here We Go Again in 2018. He will soon star in the 2020 movie Eurovision as "Erick Erickssong".

After a four-year break in the franchise, Daniel Craig took on the role of the secret agent. Casino Royale was an amazing success in 2006, and he went on to star in four more movies as "James Bond" - the 25th installment is coming out worldwide in November 2020.

In 2017, Daniel Craig confirmed he will be playing the role of "James Bond" for a fifth (and last!) time. No Time To Die will be released in 2021!
