Heidi Montag (38), best known from the reality show The Hills, broke down in tears on Snapchat Wednesday morning. Her home in Pacific Palisades was destroyed by the devastating wildfires sweeping through Los Angeles.

“I have no words. I’m so thankful that we’re safe,” she said emotionally, as her youngest son, Ryker, comforted her. Fortunately, the family was evacuated in time before the flames engulfed their property. “I’m so sad our house is gone. I wish I could have gone back and got more,” she added.

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt lose their home

Spencer Pratt, husband of Heidi Montag, took to Instagram to document the heroic efforts of firefighters battling the flames. In one video, an airplane could be seen dropping water on a nearby mountain. Spencer was later photographed with a group of people, possibly including his father, watching the approaching fire with concern.

“I just want to go home. I just want to feel my stuff and sit on my couch. I’m so homesick,” Heidi tearfully confessed in a Snapchat video.

Heidi and Spencer’s property, famously featured in the MTV series 'The Hills: New Beginnings,' boasted stunning views of Los Angeles. Sadly, it was lost to the wildfire, along with Spencer’s childhood home nearby. Stephanie Pratt, Spencer’s sister, is also believed to have suffered a devastating loss, as her house may have been destroyed as well.

Stephanie shared a haunting image of burning streets in Pacific Palisades on Instagram, captioned: “#PRAYFORPACIFICPALISADES.” The affluent neighborhood, home to stars like Ben Affleck, Tom Hanks, and Reese Witherspoon, has been heavily impacted by the wildfires.
