Channeling the iconic character "E.T.," Tom Kaulitz donned a "naked" look, while Heidi Klum enhanced her outfit with a red scarf and black shawl. She completed her ensemble with a black hat adorned with a flower and a blonde wig, adding an air of mystery.
The enormous, remote-controlled eyes of the "E.T." costume were a major highlight, constantly moving to give the illusion of life. As reported by the 'New York Times,' these eyes were operated by crew members. Heidi's own eyes were mostly hidden, nestled within the long neck of her alien costume.

Halloween day was filled with intense preparations. Heidi shared, "I stopped eating three or four hours ago so I wouldn’t have to go to the toilet." To be on the safe side, she wore an adult diaper, explaining, "I may never have to use it, but at least I don’t have to think about it."
