In an interview with 'Stern,' she revealed, “My days always started feeling tired because I was breastfeeding at night... I was exhausted all the time."

She opened up about the guilt she felt as a working mother and the constant struggle to find equilibrium between her career and family. “I often felt torn apart,” she admitted. “Finding the balance wasn’t always easy.” Despite the challenges, she persevered, attending countless karate competitions and soccer matches, even if she missed a few.

Heidi’s early modeling days were also filled with difficulties. At 19, during a photoshoot, a photographer harshly yelled at her, causing her to cry. However, she pushed through, determined to maintain professionalism. “I wiped away my tears and kept trying. After that day, I decided that I wouldn’t let negativity get to me,” she recalled, explaining that she built “a protective wall” around herself.
