She wrote in her caption how thankful she was for the love and support following the invasive surgery of her vocal cords, which she has previously shared on her show was an issue for her.
"Grateful to have such good doctors, amazing husband taking care of me, and all of my sweet friends for sending me flowers!! I appreciate all of the love from all of you during this time," she wrote in her caption.
"It was a long time coming for me as I’ve been battling vocal stress for years," she added, sharing a slew of other photos of her in hospital scrubs. This isn't the first time the reality star and ex-Playboy bunny posted in a hot pic! Earlier this year, she posted a very "cheeky" photo to her Instagram!

"After resting for 3 months I was never going to be 100% so surgery was my only route," she continued. She added that she was "on the road to recovery" and had a few pleasant comments from her Selling Sunset costars.
Heather Rae Young married HGTV star Tarek El Mousa in 2021, and the two have been vocal about their blissful honeymoon stage, and that they're going through an intensive IVF process in hopes of having more children.
El Moussa was married previously to Christina Haack and starred in the 10-series long show, Flip or Flop which has just announced it's being pulled from the air.
